The Technical Compliance File (TCF) is a file comprising all the documents that should accompany a toy product in its journey to the end user. It’s the product’s passport that the Eurofins Toys and Hardlines network of companies can help you establish by:
- Collecting / claiming samples and all available documents
- Determining the scope of compliance
- Contacting your supply chain’s upstream users to gather documentation
- Reviewing and checking the file for completion, authenticity, accuracy and validity
In the frame of a customised programme, the TCF service can be offered together with other toy safety services such as tests, construction checks and/or product validation reports, and is highly recommended in the early stages of product conception or design for suppliers’ assessment and evaluation of compliance status.
