Javier Trócoli Llorens Global Technical Leader of Softlines, Toys & Childcare at Eurofins With over 17 years of experience in Softlines product compliance and in-depth knowledge of global regulations, Javier Trócoli currently oversees technical development and alignment among Eurofins Softlines & Leather laboratory network, and takes pride in driving innovative solutions such as organic cotton testing and microplastic testing with collaborative effort by local laboratories. He also provides technical support to key clients around the globe. Javier is a member of several technical committees for consumer products, including Textile Technical Committees for Chemical Testing and Colour fastness, among others. |

Nicolas Dimier Manager Quality Assurance, Hasbro Nicolas Dimier has been working for Hasbro for 13 years. Manager Quality Assurance, he leads the Hasbro quality and regulatory efforts in the EMEA regions. He has experience in different product regulations such as toys, cosmetics, REACH, PPE or low voltage appliances. Nicolas is the convenor of the IEC and CENELEC working groups on the safety of Electric Toys (IEC TC61 MT26 and CLC TC61 WG7). He also is an expert in various other groups on the safety of toys (CEN TC52, ISO TC 181). |
Claire Francis Regulatory Manager, Eurofins Product Testing UK Claire has been in the regulatory and compliance fields for almost 20 years. She possesses extensive knowledge of legislation/standards across a broad spectrum of consumer products including but not limited to toys, cosmetics, detergents. |
Henrique De Abreu Peixe Technical Expert – Toys, Eurofins ATS Henrique has over 10 years of experience in regulatory and technical compliance for toys industry. He was responsible for toys quality and safety at third party services provider and toys retailer in Europe and Asia, gaining solid experience in toys risks assessment, European regulatory requirements and testing technical expertise. Henrique is an active member in the S51C French Standardisation Commission. |
