Statement Regarding Unauthorized ADR Programs

The Company is aware of the existence of one or more unauthorized and unsponsored programs in American Depositary Receipts or American Depositary Shares (the “Unauthorized Programs”) with respect to the ordinary shares of Eurofins Scientific SE (the “Company”). The Company has not consented to the establishment of the Unauthorized Programs.

The sponsors of such Unauthorized Programs (the “Unauthorized Sponsors”) did not seek any authorization from the Company before they established the Unauthorized Programs and, had any such authorization been sought, the Company would not have approved such programs. The Company has not rendered any assistance to, or cooperated with, the Unauthorized Sponsors of such Unauthorized Programs either in connection with the establishment or the maintenance of the such programs. Further, the Company has no control over the deposit by any person of any securities of the Company in connection with the Unauthorized Program.
