Waunakee Food For Kidz (USA)
An affiliate of Feeding Children of Stewart, this local Waunakee, WI non-profit group has a mission to provide nutritious meals to the hungry both locally and around the world. Over the past 14 years, they have packaged 3,300,000 meals.
At their annual event, assembly lines of volunteers’ package nutritious meals. They are a 100% volunteer-run group and donations received are used to produce the meals.
Each year, over 1600 volunteers provide meals for thousands of hungry children and their families.
In 2020, Eurofins Foundation’s donation helped the organisation package 500,000 meals. It was used to ship meals and school supplies to Haiti, provide meals to Dane County, Wisconsin food banks and support local Waunakee school lunch programs.
