Category 5, Highly Potent/Toxic Materials Testing
In response to client feedback and requests, Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing network of laboratories has built new laboratories to handle Category 5 compounds at its Lancaster, PA and Columbia, MO locations. Many CMO’s do not currently have the capability to handle Category 5 compounds, as materials with this payload must be handled with extreme caution. Our new laboratories are built to withstand the highly toxic nature of these compounds and ensure the safety of those who work with it.
Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing's new 1,100 ft2 & 660 ft2 laboratories provide many advantages to clients, including:
- A single-source testing facility for Antibody Drug Conjugates, including the free drug and reference standard materials that are classified as a Category 5 sample
- A fully dedicated lab with isolators, HPLCs, LCs, BSCs, UV-Vis to perform HPLC testing, standard aliquoting, release and stability testing
- The ability to customize testing and aliquoting
- Space to expand for additional testing on Category 5 compounds in the future
