Eurofins’ Quality 1st culture enables clients to trust data integrity

Clients have shared with us for decades that it’s our quality systems and data integrity they value most when seeking a laboratory testing partner. Quality is one of Eurofins’ Core Values and serves as the roadmap to maintaining a robust culture of Quality 1st.

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing (EBPT) has a top-down approach to quality and compliance at all levels of the organization, from executive management to the analyst. This quality culture, deeply ingrained in our operations, exhibits an array of critical attributes like ethics, integrity, efficiency, safety, dependability, and responsiveness. Our team dedication towards collaborative behavior, willingness to pursue innovation, and continuous improvement are also integral elements of this culture.

Customer satisfaction is the driving force for our quality culture. BioPharma Product Testing and Medical Device Testing sites in North America are collectively on track to host over 250 customer audits by the end of 2024. Our teams regularly connect with customers to discuss performance on quality KPIs through standard and customized scorecards. These interactions, coupled with proactive monitoring of regulatory updates and market trends, allow us to strengthen quality systems further, which has been perfected with decades of experience in providing GMP and ISO services.

Our commitment to delivering quality in all work by using the best technology is evident in our drive for digitalization. Most customers already enjoy the benefits of our innovative system, LabAccess, where they have a secure window into our Laboratory Information Management System (eLIMS) to access comprehensive information of all their project records, including analytical reports and raw data. We recently added Online Ordering as an extension of that system, which semi-automates the sample submission process, thus improving quality and on-time delivery.

In addition, we are getting ready to launch an Electronic Laboratory Notebook integrated with eLIMS and a Quality Management Software hosting modules such as document control, training, and change management. These in-house developed and validated enterprise systems will not only support the initiative to become a paperless laboratory eventually but also allow it to share and harmonize the quality system across our sites seamlessly. With these digitalization initiatives, Quality 1st culture, the unparalleled breadth of our analytical services offering, we continue to pave the way to a more advanced and rewarding service experience for our customers.
