2023 Professional Equality

 

In 2023, Eurofins ADME BIOANALYSES obtained an index of 96 points out of 100, well above the national average of 85 points.

This result is the consequence of a proactive policy on professional equality, initiated in 2014, first as part of a unilateral action plan, then as part of an agreement signed in 2018 and renewed in 2021.

Eurofins ADME BIOANALYSES is committed to respecting the principles of non-discrimination and professional equality between women and men, convinced that gender diversity in all professions is a source of complementarity, social balance and economic efficiency, and is working to ensure the effectiveness of this principle within the company.
