Eurofins Assurance network of companies takes quality and integrity seriously. Our quality and ethics team across different services and locations oversee all aspects of process, quality and ethics for the businesses, ensuring we remain an organization independent from brands, retailers, buying agencies, trading companies, factories and any stakeholders.
Ethics
Our comprehensive and stringent ethics policies are built around four pillars to ensure we maintain the highest levels of morality and transparency in everything Eurofins Assurance does:

By providing ethics courses to our own teams, conducting factory surveys, crosschecking assessments and monitoring corruption attempts through KPIs, we cultivate a culture of ethical practices and behaviour throughout Eurofins Assurance.

We are proud of our approach to process management. Our quality management system (QMS) is comprised of four critical elements:

Through our internal policies, Eurofins Assurance network of companies develops internal promotion and facilitate the personal career development of all employees. Any inspector/auditor/manager who operates on behalf of Eurofins Assurance should commit themselves to

- Eurofins Compliance on anti-bribery, modern slavery, fair competition, equal opportunities and other governance
Eurofins Assurance employee will be regularly evaluated on their adhesion to the above policies. Also, employees/partners are encouraged to provide feedback about any kind of incident that could happen while operating through the whistleblowing channels available.

Our certification activities are provided by independent companies and separate from consulting activities. Such services are also presented and sold to clients separately, not in bundle or packaged format. Impartiality is safeguarded by Eurofins Assurance’ relevant policies to avoid conflicts of interest.
