Eurofins Agroscience Services Latin America was established in 2008 and is based in Indaiatuba city, in São Paulo state, Brazil. We have experimental stations in Argentina, Chile, three stations located in Brazil, and a new GLP laboratory. We can also perform studies in other countries in Latin America through partners.
Due to the geographic distribution of our sites we can do studies on regional specific crops including soybean, corn, wheat, cotton, sugar cane, coffee, citrus, temperate and tropical fruits, and vegetables.
We conduct high quality field trials, laboratory tests and studies around the agrochemical impact on pollinators, and biotechnology trials (GMO’s), adhering to all industry standards, accreditations and certifications.
New GLP laboratory
Eurofins Agroscience Services opened the doors of a new laboratory in September 2020. Located in Indaiatuba SP, Brazil, the laboratory was designed and built in line with lean manufacturing, to maximize onsite efficiency, with specific routes for samples, inputs and people.
The sample homogenizations and preparations are carried out under segregation, depending on the type of matrix and/or methodology. These analyses are performed using ultrasensitive equipment, operated by highly trained technician team and following good laboratory practice (GLP).
We also have a large cold room maintained at -20°C.
Services available at the laboratory
-Residues trials in in vegetable and processed matrices, soil, water and pollinators matrices, according to GLP.
-Validation and development of new pesticides residue analysis methodologies (GLP).
-Frozen stability studies (GLP).
-Bees multiresidual analysis.
-In development (2º half of 2021) – Analysis of content in technical and formulated product (CoA), determination of impurity content and analysis of treated seeds content.
