Storage update from EAS in North America
Archival freezer storage & new test substance distribution service
EAS’ laboratory in Columbia, MO offers archival storage with a newly expanded 9,000 ft3 -20°C freezer built in 2023.
The archival storage has a dedicated freezer custodian and LIMS administrator. New to 2025 is the service of test substance storage and distribution services. Registered with EPA, Columbia can store large quantities of ambient test material with limited space for refrigerated or frozen items if needed. Services can also include repacking and distribution of samples to sites within the US for ease and convenience.
Recertifications of test material after long periods of storage can also be conducted.
Increased ambient storage for data, specimens and samples
At our site in Easton, MD, EAS has expanded its GLP-compliant archival storage following renovations and a new development.
The site can now accommodate new data, specimens, and samples at a competitive rate. Storage is available under ambient, refrigerated, and frozen conditions.
