New technologies are constantly being developed to assess field plots in a more consistent, repeatable and scalable way.

Based on plot picture analysis, these new solutions also offer a complete traceability from field to data. Thanks to partnerships with selected technology providers, EAS can offer new options with added value for your experiments.

Several use cases are already available in varietal evaluation, fertilizer and biostimulant plot trials and more are in development for upcoming study programs:

head counts and head density in cereals as a yield proxy
plant height in cereals
ground cover, leaf area index and NDVI n cereals, oilseed rape and sugarbeet
plant counts in cereals, oilseed rape, sugarbeet and potato, ear blight assessment (in development)
